Cancellation is free of charge up to three days prior to arrival. Due to our limited number of rooms, we will have to charge a fee for cancellations if we are notified on shorter notice than stated above. Our cancellation fee is equivalent to the cost for the first nights’ accommodation.
If, however, you can provide proof that there is a substantial reason for cancellation, we are always in favor of an optimal solution for all parties. If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up (no show), you will be charged a fee equivalent to the full cost for the first two nights’ accommodation, and we will cancel the entire reservation.

For reservations booked via HRS, Booking.com, Budgetplaces, Venere/Expedia, and Hotel.de, the respective cancellation periods of the service providers apply.

The entrepreneur does not obligate himself taking part at a dispute resolution on a consumer conciliation committee.
